As Your Assemblyman
Tom will be able to create and support legislation that will limit the powers of politicians while simultaneously voting against laws that would do the opposite. He will promote freedom at every turn and fight against those who would seek to tear apart the Constitution.
Tom, or as his friends and family call him “Tommy,” is a life long Long Islander. Born and raised in Franklin Square, he graduated from H. Frank Carey High School, attained an Associates degree from Nassau Community College, a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Hofstra University, and a Masters degree in Science from Hofstra University. After working in the business world for several years, Tom changed careers to do what he loved most: teaching physical education, health, and coaching at M.S. 101 in the Bronx, while serving as an adjunct professor at Manhattanville College. He maintained these positions up until the fall of 2021.
I have always believed that each of us has a responsibility to each other – a responsibility to work to make a difference in people’s lives and in our communities. My years in public education and my run for NY Assembly have always been driven by those very intentions.

There shouldn’t be any. Plain and simple. From early on we knew who was going to be most vulnerable to Covid.
Governments, companies and specific people need to be held accountable for what they’ve done and I will author legislation to make sure that happens.
The way we win is by people talking to people…real people. There are lots of ways to help spread the word in your local community, even from the comfort of your own home.
